Description:
On this panel, we’re keen to discuss how being othered or on the fringes influences how you engage with game design, particularly regarding the prevalence of violence in RPGs. We’ll explore how socially excluded communities have dissimilar interactions and experiences of violence than a majority that typically engages with this from a position of safety. We’ll chat about RPG language, how it says something different to us than the majority, and how it may impact one’s interactions with it.
