Description:
You were teenage superheroes. Against all odds, you defeated an implacable force that threatened the existence of the entire multiverse. But your victory rewrote the space-time continuum, erasing the very concept of a multiverse—and your superpowers along with them. Not only are you no longer superheroes; in this new reality, you never were. You returned to your lives as ordinary teenagers. No one remembered who you had been and what you’d done.
What did that feel like? How did you live with the memories of what you experienced? And will this group therapy session finally repair your damaged lives and put your demons to rest?
In this hack of When the Dark is Gone, the players take on the roles of clients whose disorders are damaging them and those closest to them. The game is set in their group therapy session—one final attempt to get their lives back on track.
