Description:

Chaos is a Ladder is a collaborative, GMless storytelling game in which we’ll tell the story of rival contenders vying for the throne.

At the start, we’ll define our fantasy setting and create four threats to the realm. Then we’ll take turns describing feats and schemes by the contenders as they face down the threats. As play continues, we’ll eliminate the would-be rulers until only one remains to win the throne.

This game is in early stage playtesting but runs on a similar system to Working the Case.
