Description:

500 years ago on Earth-that-Was, the Technocratic Conventions won so completely that the colonists who left a ruined planet for new solar systems didn’t even remember the old stories of magic, werewolves, vampires, or spirits, let alone believe in ’em.

Captain says there’s no need to get curious today, neither. Finally, your crew’s found a steady gig: after years of scraping by out on the Rim, catching odd jobs here and there, you’ve landed yourselves a multi-planet trade run that’s profitable enough to keep you flying indefinitely, or until the Alliance catches wise. You’re on your fifth round of it and getting a mite bored when you roll up to New Kashmir and find your port of call’s been stomped flat. You’re far enough from Reaver territory, can’t be them. Plus there’s all these giant footprints…

What a stroke of dǎo méi — or maybe good luck. Best you go see what happened, if there are any survivors, and whether the whatever-it-was left the city treasury unguarded.

Oh yeah — and don’t get eaten. Dong ma?

This game is a mashup of the Firefly TV show and Old World of Darkness. Player Characters are mortals — mostly. No experience needed in Firefly or OWoD, but you’ll have the most fun if you’re familiar with at least one of them.
