Description:

For centuries, the women of the sea collected abalone and pearls. On the peninsula, there used to be thousands. Now there are four. At fifteen years old, Uminoko Ueda, is among the last of the Ama. Her fellow divers are in their golden years and while they remain strong, they know their time in the tides well come to an end. Come oh sweet spirits of the ocean, sky, and shore.
