Description:
Inheritance tells the tale of two families coming to terms with forgiveness, debt, religion, law and death. In three acts, the game presents a powerful drama that is always unique to the players and their decisions.
It is a role playing game for nine players (no more, no less) and one facilitator.
It is easy to pick up, but very freeform and deeply character focused. It can get heated! It plays in two to three hours, but four hours should give us enough time for a good debrief for those who want it.
Each of the nine players takes on the role of a family member or one of their close associates. The characters come with specific background, so there’s usually a gender bend or two.
Period costume (~12th century Scandinavian) encouraged but not definitely not required. Non-participating audience are welcome!
