About this Game: “Agents of S.E.C.T.O.R.” uses the Covert Ops game system, a simple but flexible d100 (percentile) based engine by DwD Studios (and borrows the name of their upcoming card game). I think it has a great mix of old and new school mechanics, and is released under Creative Commons license.
