Description:
Once upon a time, a Fae stole you away, cobbled together a replacement to take your place, and brought you to their Realm of Arcadia. There, you were changed by their whims and forced to fill a role they carved out for you, whether that was a chef of corpseflesh or a giant hunting mutt. Somehow, your memories of home came through and inspired you to Escape. It was painful, and you lost pieces of yourself along the way, but you made it “home.”
That’s only the beginning of your story! You aren’t human now, and a Fetch has been living your life while you were away. Home doesn’t quite feel like home anymore, and it has no place for you. You aren’t the only Changeling to come back, though, and together you’ve gathered a small group of fellow runaway twisted fairy creatures to create a place to belong.
Together you own the “Drowning Sorrows” pub, a place where Changelings go to meet and find a bit of respite. Its a hotbed for rumors, and the latest one is that someone is selling off a piece of your soul at an exclusive Goblin Market! In order to get it back, twisted deals will be made, treacherous landscapes of dreams and fantasy will be traversed, and you may just discover what it truly takes to be happy.
This game uses the Changeling: the Lost 2nd Edition rules as they were published in the Kickstarter. If the rulebook is released before the Con, it will be using the published 2nd Edition rules instead. Characters are provided, but things like the name and gender and other character details will be up to the player to determine.
Sign up if you enjoy spooky fairy tales, urban fantasy, and a good helping of drama and horror.

I’m so excited to run for you all!!!
I am SO hoping to get into this one! Changeling the Lost is one of my FAVORITE systems, and being a player vs. being an ST would be a dream!
My only experience with Changeling the Lost was in a multi-part story arc run by Liz Ruifrok at BBC and KublaCon. Needless to say I had a wonderful time playing with the same group of players and was fully engaged in a memorable and compelling story.
It was a great blend of fantasy and horror. I recall one encounter was in a vast library whose librarian was a true fey who took on a manifestation of which I can only describe as a psychotic Tinkerbell.
As one who has gone through both iterations of the playtest, I must say this game is a fantastic introduction to the world of Changeling the Lost. The characters are well written and the scenario is well thought out, allowing for multiple approaches to your character’s objective. Come for strong cooperative role-play and stay for eerie encounters with the creepy denizens of the Hedge.
