But when the users and dealers start disappearing, a Delta Green Friendly in the local DEA office recognized it as “Reverb” and contacted the group who dispatches agents with the mandate: Investigate, isolate, and eliminate. They should start with a race of people known to Delta Green known as the Tcho-Tchos.
