You told everyone you were going down there for gold and glory but, let’s be honest here, the Inn in town is just boring as hell, and the latest batch of mead wasn’t even all that compelling. So, sure, maybe you’ll die, and frankly you can just assume a new bout of tetanus as a *baseline*, but at least you can probably take a goblin or two with you, and you might get to learn the terrifying name of an Elder God or sommat, right? Right.
