Description:

Centuries ago, before the advent of phased faster-than-light space travel, a dozen colossal “generation” ships departed an over-crowded Earth. Powered by Newtonian reaction engines, these vessels would take several decades—or in some cases, far longer—to reach their intended destinations. Seven of these ships were successful, delivering the offspring of their original crews to colonize new worlds.

Of the five ships that didn’t make it, the stories of four are known. But for nearly 700 years, the fate of the Erebus has remained a mystery.
