Suspected of numerous criminals acts including Grand Theft Auto, Bank Robbery, Destruction of Personal and Government Property, Vandalism, Eco-terrorism, and Assault and Battery of the Police Commissioner with a rubber chicken.

Considered to be armed and very dangerous. If seen, immediately radio in for back up. Do not approach alone.
Known Associates
Recently seen with a female associate of approximately 18-22 years old, as descried by eyewitnesses as having “raven black hair”, wearing a dark blue cloak over a black swimsuit, and in a very moody disposition.
