Description:

Be dramatic, belt out your favorite songs, and make a musical with the power of imagination and karaoke!

Jukebox is a GM-less, rules-lite roleplaying game. You’ll play a cast of characters who are all struggling in their own way against an overwhelming challenge. Over the course of three acts, hidden longings will be revealed, grievances will be aired, and songs will be sung. Will old wounds and personal drama doom you all to failure? Or will you change and grow just in time to save the day?

Jukebox is inspired by scene-based, play-to-find-out roleplaying games, like Fiasco or Follow. It includes solo/group karaoke (or lip-syncing) and collaborative story-telling.

Jukebox funded earlier this year on Kickstarter (https://go.jarofeyes.com/jukebox) and was picked as one of Dicebreaker’s 14 roleplaying games you should play this year! The Kickstarter introduced playsets from new and veteran voices in the TTRPG space. You’ll start play by picking one playset as a group to base your musical on. Choices include: heists, punk rock zombies, a Bollywood-goonies mashup, Greek tragedy, Wu-Tang wǔxiá, teen superheroes, and more!
