Negotiations between the various nations are nearing conclusion in Paris and the League of Extraordinary Felines — cats in the service of the Queen – have been dispatched to France to make certain all goes well. But on the eve of the treaty signing the Austrian ambassador has disappeared, throwing the talks into chaos!
