Description:

Japan, 1974: The defenders of the nation, the Mecha Assault Force and the Anti-Kaiju Force, unite to create a super robot, Kagutsuchi, named after the heavenly kami of fire. But stresses between the two teams threaten to tear the organization apart, just when they are needed most, for Okinawa has been invaded! The Undersea Shogunate of Mu has erected a permanent typhoon around the island, and only the power of the mighty mecha has a prayer of breaking through. But once there the teams must work together to free the people and lead them against the merciless invaders. Insurrection and intrigue lead to a final climactic monster brawl for the future of the nation!

This is part 2 of a two-part adventure pitting a team of trained technicians and soldiers against ancient warriors holding an island hostage, culminating in a battle that will decide the future fate of the surface world!
