Earth 0210 is in trouble; hostile aliens have invaded. Earth 210 does not have enhanced humans (super heroes in common parlance). Military defenses have been ineffective and unable to withstand the invasion. I know that The Lodges have invoked a non-interference clause, the Prime Directive if you will.
