Description:
It is Midsummer. On the morning three Fishermen leave for sea, their Wives mend their nets and spruce up their boats, and the Fishermen predict to their wives how their fishing trips will go. The couples exchange 6 words to weave a story to remember one another. When they reunite, the couples gather for a fun and frightening night of Hyakumonogatari Kaidankai, or A Night of 100 Weird Tales. Some of their tales are true. Some of their tales are autobiographical.
Played in the summertime, when the sky stays lit well into the night and the air is stiflingly humid, Hyakumonogatari Kaidankai is a simple storytelling parlor game with an evocation ritual reminiscent of “Bloody Mary.” The host lights a hundred candles, and players take turns telling strange and grotesque stories, folktales, and ghost stories.
At the end of each story, the teller of the tale extinguishes a candle. The room darkens at the conclusion of each story, the fading light calls upon the spirits and creatures of the stories. When the final candle goes out, something monstrous might fill the darkness.

Yes, I’m guessing it’s the same larp.
A LARP with this title was run a few years ago. That one was pretty heavily scripted. Is this the same larp, that will play out ~80% the same way?
