Description:
The Lower Decks is a four-hour LARP about loss of structure and reintegration into civilian life, set in a postwar Star Trek universe. No knowledge of Star Trek necessary. All characters are ordinary crewmen exploring internal crisis and external relationships, and are developed by players before and during the game. This game makes significant use of workshopping techniques and player improvisation. The public game materials (Scenario, Structure, and Rules) are posted at http://web.mit.edu/sophical/Public/lowerdecks/ and are subject to revision between runs.
