The highs and lows of a tense sports match make for great stories, but are a unique design challenge. Join us as we share our process and learnings designing the sports drama game, Fight With Spirit. We discuss balancing drama and simulation, flow, and a host of other rivals that we faced along the way. Brought to you by Hayley and Vee of Storybrewers Roleplaying, authors of Good Society: A Jane Austen RPG, Villagesong, Our Mundane Supernatural Life and more.

• Vee (she/her) creates roleplaying games as one half of Storybrewers, known best for Good Society and Villagesong. She also works as a freelance graphic designer on jobs big and small.
