Description:
October, 1944 – Zambrów, Poland. The 588th Night Bomber Regiment has been fighting for more than two years, still flying fragile agricultural biplanes, still hated and feared by the German troops they harass. The women of the 588th have seen a lot, but nothing they have experienced will prepare them for a savage German military in full retreat with nothing left to lose. This event will feature four GMs, each running a combat section, in a grand linked scenario.

We all know how many brave women have already sacrificed their lives to drive back the Fascist scourge. I look at this roster of natural-born Soviet airwomen, and, though my heart is bursting with pride at their accomplishments, I know one or two may not be here come October. If the Germans don’t thin our numbers, Articles 58 & 133 will… It cannot be helped — such is the nature of war. But never fear! For whenever a comrade in arms falls, another daughter of Russia stands to take her place.
Just as any true patriot, I look forward to the day I answer Comrade Stalin’s call to serve.
