Description:
Trophy Dark is a tabletop roleplaying game of dark forests, doomed treasure-hunters, and a world woven on a loom of rumor, history, and myth.
In the year 875 AD, a foolhardy group of vikings embark on a deadly quest in pursuit of a fabled treasure. Armed with a map leading to the legendary blade Dainsleif, they venture deep into the frozen mountains of Norway seeking great riches and greater glory, but in the end, none shall return.
This is a viking horror story. Characters are treasure hunters either too greedy or foolish to heed the warnings as they venture into frozen forests cloaked in myth. This is “play to lose” game, the story of headstrong treasure hunters going somewhere they shouldn’t and not coming back. In short, it’s a thriller/horror game where everyone will die.
