Description:

The Sun Scouts are a quasi-religious community organization sponsored by the Followers of the Light of the Day, or as they’re usually known, “the Sun Church.“ Missionaries and martyrs, Sun Scouts are known for their diligence, their fearlessness, and, of course… their cookies.

Sun Scouts on Cookie Runs combine the skills of 5-person contingents known as squads. Every squad consists of a Leader, a Loremaster, a Ledgermaster, and two Legendaries (sometimes called “Liars.”) The Leader is a Cleric or Paladin of the Sun Church. The Loremaster will often be a bard or druid. The Ledgermaster has to be strong enough in body and mind to carry the books, the gold, and do the numbers. The Legendaries are the muscle and salesforce.

The Sun Scouts, of course, are the ones who deliver the Cookies to the Dark Side.

Now, you may be asking yourself, “How can the Followers of the Light be giving such mouth-watering deliciousness such as the fragrant and fresh Cocoa Minimynt, to those of Darker Sensibilities?”

It’s all about the marketing.

And the delivery.

Your task, you see, as Sun Squad 1666 is to sell to your Squad area. Some of your customers include the fabled dark necromancer Navok the Defiler in his crypt off the Blacklands, the Black Dragon Ennirrarth (“the Taker of Voices,”) and, last but not least, the Legion of Fwuff, led by Champion Trevor Necessary.

And, of course, sell more than your rival Squad 1995. They poached some of your territory last year, gaining almost 150 boxes from the Defiant Matron BBG (Brothel, Barbecue, and Governmental Passport & Legal Services) to win “Squad of the Year” and the vacation.

Are you up to the challenge?

Do please try to survive: killing customers doesn’t promise repeat business, and your Squad can be replaced. Squad 1995 would just love to see that.
