Description:

Imagination, discovery, and divination converge in this new game about seeking to understand a strange box you’ve discovered, and the esoteric object inside.  You and your group will collectively imagine this bizarre container and its contents, as well as all the events happening in the scene around you, using a series of simple card prompts and mechanics.  This culminates in an elegant divination process which will reveal key clues to begin exploring deeper questions about your discovery.  You will use these clues to divine the true nature purpose of this baffling object, and decide what to do with it!

There are cooperative and competitive modes to this game as well as a unique Uncertainty Token system for casting doubt on descriptions you or the other players provide. Find out what’s in The Box!

Game held in the Teen Room (Contra Costa Salon II). This game is open only to teens for the first two weeks of registration. After that it’s open to everyone. For more on teen games and events see Teens at Big Bad Con
