Description:
A peasant brings an ancient silvered-bronze fitting to Skogenby’s smith to trade for liquor. The smith’s apprentice talked, and their friends told your friends and now here you are, on the Old Northwest Road, a hard day’s hike into the frontier and the mysterious Traveler’s Hill bulking in the distance. The only two certainties in your future, adventurer, are trouble and treasure.
This is an adventure for Torchbearer for a crew of 1st level characters (provided). The game system features strict economies of light, resources, and encumbrance and offers a glimpse at the difficulty and desperation that drives one to go looting ancient temples and rotting crypts under the cold, cold earth.
